Thank you to Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire
Thank you to the Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire for raising £700 in aid of Prostate Scotland. A recent fundraising initiative organised by Lodge Ancient Stirling No30 in the Province, part of the Grand Lodge of Scotland, saw members of the Lodge cycling club, Hirams Wheels, raise £350 from donations for commemorative tokens.
This fantastic total was fundmatched by the Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire to double the donation.
We were delighted to meet the team from PGL Stirlingshire to hear more about their fundraising activities in their local communities and to receive the donation.
We’re thrilled to received continued support from Hirams Wheels and PGL Stirlingshire. In 2016, the cycling club rode 100 miles around the Province in a sponsored cycle to raise funds in aid of our work. This was the beginning of a fundraising drive by Lodges in the area which culminated in a donation of over £29,000 in 2017.
