We’ve developed this video in partnership with The Exercise Clinic. It’s part of our COMPASS Project to help men navigate prostate cancer.
There is a growing amount of evidence showing the benefit of exercise for men with prostate cancer. We’re pleased to offer this safe and accessible resource, and it’s free of charge.
Please view this short introductory video (04:49 mins long) before starting the video below. We’ve included some tips to help you exercise safely.
If you haven’t exercised for a long time then you will need to build this up gradually. Always check with your doctor before starting to exercise.

Our 12 week exercise programmes for men with prostate cancer launched in 2023, in partnership with The SPFL Trust and The University of Glasgow. We teamed up with Hearts, Rangers and Kilmarnock to run the programmes in their football clubs, and they were a great success!
Our current programmes are running with Rangers and Kilmarnock FC. We’re planning to run more later in the year. You can find out more here, and register your interest on our form below.
