Try our exercise video which has been specially designed for men with prostate cancer

We’ve developed this video in partnership with The Exercise Clinic. It’s part of our COMPASS Project to help men navigate prostate cancer.

There is a growing amount of evidence showing the benefit of exercise for men with prostate cancer.  We are pleased to have developed a resource which is safe and accessible while the pandemic continues to impact our lives.

Please view this short introductory video (04:49 mins long) before starting the video below. We’ve included some tips to help you exercise safely.

If you haven’t exercised for a long time then you will need to build this up gradually.  Always check with your doctor before starting to exercise.

Please note this video is intended for people in the UK and should not be viewed if you are outside of the UK.
