Prostate FFIT returns to Tayside with Dundee FC

Prostate FFIT returns to Dundee this May!

We’re delighted to work with Dundee FC Community Trust to bring our programme to Dundee for the second year after a successful inaugural year in 2025.

We’ve teamed up with the SPFL Trust to run our unique Prostate Football Fans in Training (Prostate FFIT) across Scotland. Our programme is open to all men affected by prostate cancer. It’s a brilliant opportunity to meet men in a similar situation, share experiences, improve fitness levels and most importantly, have some fun!

Based on the hugely successful Football Fans in Training delivered by professional football clubs and the SPFL Trust, Prostate Football Fans in Training has been running for over three years. Rangers, Hearts, Kilmarnock, St Johnstone, Aberdeen and Dundee football clubs have all run Prostate FFIT and our ‘players’ have loved taking part!

One previous Prostate FFIT ‘player’ said: “It gave me structure, motivation, and a group of guys who just got it. There was no pressure. We laughed, supported each other and got fitter together. It really gave me my confidence back.”

Kicking off on Monday 25th May from 11.00am-1pm, the free programme will run for 13 weeks. Each session will be split into two halves – learning and exercise – then there’s exercise videos for homework!

You’ll attend the sessions at Gardyne Campus every week, which is part of Dundee & Angus College.

There are just 16 places available and you can register at:

Not sure if it’s for you?
