Setting up a regular donation helps us through providing us with that extra bit of additional security of longer term funding. To make a regular donation by Standing Order please fill in the form below and send it to your bank.

Gift Aid

If you would like you to Gift Aid your donation by standing order please download and complete the  Gift Aid Declaration Form and return it to Prostate Scotland.
