Run With Us for the Glasgow Women’s 10k 2026 to Support Those Affected by Prostate Diseases.

The Glasgow Women’s 10K is a fantastic run built around promoting inclusivity and community empowerment, making it an ideal opportunity to stretch your legs while fundraising to support our work. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in Scotland – with one in ten at risk. The good news is that the survival rate from prostate cancer has been increasing and by supporting us, you’ll help us to help increase it further. If you have family members or loved ones affected by prostate cancer or disease, the 10k is a great way to show your support for our work supporting them. Book your place here, or register for a free charity place in the form below.

How To Run With Us:

Charity Place:

We buy charity places which are available free of charge when you run in aid of Prostate Scotland.

The sponsorship you raise will help us to take forward our work ensuring that even more men and their families can receive information and support on prostate issues. You can read more about our work here.

We ask you to pledge to fundraise £150.

This covers the cost of your place and merchandise, along with a donation on top to help us continue our crucial work supporting those with prostate issues. We are keen to offer charity places to runners for free – it’s important to us that our fundraisers enjoy their running challenge, and not worry about fundraising targets that could be difficult to meet. If you have any questions about free charity places, please email us at: info@prostatescotland.org.uk

About the route:

The route starts at the spectacular setting of the Riverside Transport Museum, and then heads east along the River Clyde and takes in the scenic views. Iconic buildings to look out for include the Glasgow Science Centre, The Armadillo, The SECC and the SSE Hydro, and all within the first 2km.

You’ll then head under the Kingston Bridge, crossing over the Clyde via George V Bridge, and back via Glasgow Bridge as you approach the halfway point.  The second half of the route will take you past the south side of George Square and down towards Glasgow Green, crossing the Clyde twice more via Crown Street and Kings Bridge before heading back towards George Square where you’ll cross the finish line and receive your well earned medal, water and goody bag.
