Jobs with Prostate Scotland

Are you passionate about making a difference with Prostate Scotland, the leading charity dedicated to prostate disease? Although we are a small organisation, we have ambitious goals to educate, support, and drive progress in the field of prostate cancer and disease throughout Scotland. Based in central Edinburgh, we provide essential information and guidance to men and their families affected by the most common cancer in men.

As a dynamic and fast-growing charity, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Office Administrator to help us make a lasting impact. Join our committed team and be part of the positive change in men’s health across Scotland!

About the role

As our Office Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our Edinburgh office, enabling our team to deliver our mission. You’ll manage enquiries, organise meetings, and maintain systems, redirect incoming phone calls and ensure seamless operations. With empathy, you’ll handle supporter care using our Donorfy database, support fundraising events such as the Edinburgh Marathon, and co-ordinate merchandise and volunteer logistics for projects such as PROSPACK. You’ll also contribute to awareness campaigns, manage donations, and occasionally represent Prostate Scotland.

We seek a proactive, compassionate individual with strong administrative, IT, and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Charity experience is welcome but not required, as we provide training.

This one-year contract, reporting to the Head of Operations and Delivery, may involve some Scottish travel.
