We currently have a vacancy for a Finance, Accounts and Office Administrator
Salary: £24,000 pro rata – 17.5 hours per week
Prostate Scotland, Scotland’s prostate disease charity is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Finance, Accounts and Office Administrator to accurately maintain the charity’s bookkeeping and also provide office administration services. This post has a valuable and important role in helping take forward the effective running of Prostate Scotland – ensuring the upkeep of its books and financial systems, liaison with suppliers and service providers for this small but busy charity. The role will include looking after the ledgers, utilising SAGE, producing management accounts, and ensuring the provision of office supplies and services. With an understanding of accounts processes and procedures, you will have some experience of Sage 50 and knowledge of Excel and Word, as well as good administrative skills.
Prostate Scotland is a small, dynamic and award winning charity working on prostate cancer and disease in Scotland. The post is available on a 2 Year fixed term contract for 17.5 hours a week.
